Lube/Fuel Truck Driver

About the Role

As a Lube/Fuel Truck Driver, you'll support our construction sites by maintaining equipment fuel and lubrication needs while working alongside fellow employee-owners in a safety-focused environment. Shift starts at 1:00 PM.

Requirements

• CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (willing to train the right individual and assist with obtaining a CDL)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to start shift at 1:00 PM
• Must pass pre-employment and subsequent random drug screenings
• Positive attitude and desire to excel while working with fellow employee-owners
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Skills

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This position operates at professional construction sites and requires the ability to:

• Communicate verbally with others on-site, in person, and over the phone
• Read printed materials, signs, and directions
• Maintain attention and focus despite interruptions
• Lift, push, pull, carry, handle, or feel objects, tools, and machinery weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Reach with hands and arms; climb stairs/ladders; balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift overhead
• Navigate and perform work safely across various construction site conditions
• Operate vehicles, trailers, machinery, and equipment in compliance with local, state, and federal safety guidelines

Work is performed outdoors, frequently for extended periods, in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. Employees may be exposed to chemicals, vapors, pollutants, airborne pathogens, gases, uneven surfaces, loud noises, moving vehicles/machinery, and dust/debris.
